Return / Exchange Policy

In the event something is wrong with the item you purchased, we will either repair or replace the item at our discretion as long as you return the item(s) to us within 30 days with proof of purchase

All Andis, Lister, Oster, and Wahl products found defective will be handled per manufacturer policy. We are the Factory Authorized Service Center for them, so just return the item to us while under the warranty period for processing.

Unopened item(s) that are in a resellable condition may be returned within 30 days with a proof of purchase. A 15% restocking charge may apply. Sorry, but shipping charges are not refundable.
